  • There are times in your life when you need to find out the value of your personal property:
  • When you need to sell some personal property and need to know its value
  • When you are applying for a loan
  • When you need insurance coverage sufficient to cover any loss
  • When you are involved in the probate process

"When you need to find out the true value of your personal property….I can help."

Types of Appraisals

  • Insurance: Values increase over time, especially for antiques & collectibles
  • Replacement Value: Typically the true cost of replacing an asset is higher than the amount of insurance coverage most people maintain
  • Retail Value: The price you can get in the open market
  • Resale Value: The price you can get in the secondary market
  • Probate Court: To satisfy estate value and to show due diligence on the part of the court & trustee or executors.
  • Taxes: It may be to your advantage to re-appraise, especially if values have decreased significantly

I offer experienced appraisal services that will help you get a clear and accurate picture to the value of your personal property.
